NEW YORK (HedgeWorld.com) - Acting in response to an order from U.S. bankruptcy court judge Robert Drain, Refco announced that all of its incumbent directors have resigned from its board, effective Thursday [Jan. 12], after appointing Stephen M. Brecher to be an independent member of the board.
