NEW YORK (Reuters) - Reech Alternative Investment Management, a London-based hedge fund manager, said on Monday [Sept. 17] its European real estate fund, Iceberg Alternative Real Estate, posted a 5.04% return for August, net of fees.
The fund, which was launched in May 2007 in partnership with U.S. real estate firm CB Richard Ellis, said the performance was largely due to investment in listed real estate stocks and property derivatives.See the full content of this document
