TUESDAY: Rural Portfolio Investments (RPI), fronted by former Fonterra boss and Taranaki man Craig Norgate, serves notice that it intends to bid for 50.1% control of rural servicing icon Wrightson Ltd. RPI is seeking to spend $51.6 million to raise its stake from a 13% stake to 50.1%.
