NEW YORK (HedgeWorld.com) - Instinet clients who use the firm's Newport and Trading Portal execution management systems now have direct access to algorithms, alternative trading systems and sales trading desks at Bank of America, Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs.
Direct access means that in addition to routing market and limit orders to the banks' trading desks, Instinet clients can use other services directly through the Instinet portal, without having to switch back and forth between machines or computer programs.
