OBESE patients are putting a strain on hospital equipment and staff, and extra-size furniture is being made to cope.
The Taranaki District Health Board (TDHB) has recently bought a special chair for large patients at New Plymouth's public hospital. The chair is designed to hold a person weighing up to 240kg.See the full content of this document
