Summary
I NOTICED an opportunity for any prospective councillor and I am amazed no one else has picked it up yet. The Centre City complex is on the market. The Powerco shares have been sold and it is a done deal.
Most of those qualified to comment say that investment returns on those funds will not keep pace with inflation, so why don't we use the Powerco proceeds to buy the Centre City complex and demolish that ugly monstrosity?See the full content of this document
