Summary
A CHEAPER alternative to the proposed -- and again delayed -- Bell Block bypass would be to complete the construction and upgrade of Connett Rd from De Havilland Dr through to Henwood Rd -- and continue it, south of the historic site, to join Egmont Rd at the Katere Rd intersection.
The traffic flow split would perhaps make this narrower route, especially as a no-parking expressway, workable.See the full content of this document
