According to a memo sent out to clients of Katten Muchin Roseman LLP, Commissioner Atkins said that the SEC would not pursue a rehearing of the case brought by Phillip Goldstein at the District of Columbia Circuit Court of Appeals or seek a review by the Supreme Court.
