Woman Critically Injured in Black Spot Crash

A 67-YEAR-OLD woman is in Wellington Hospital's intensive care unit after suffering serious abdominal and pelvic injuries following a two-car crash at the notorious blackspot at Bell Block's Devon and Mangati roads intersection on Saturday. The woman was cut from her car by the Fire Service after the crash just before 3pm.

Arts Events Hit by Theatre Closure

THE Taranaki Arts Festival Trust and community performance groups are lamenting the loss of the former State Insurance Theatre.
